Delivery times
The Trondheim Barokk aims to send out physical CDs within 24 hours of receipt of an order. Our guarantee however is to send CDs within seven working days of the order having been successfully received and fully paid. Norwegian orders are sent by A post: orders for Europe and the Rest of World are sent by airmail, unless rapid courier delivery is selected. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal or courier service in any country. We strongly advice courier service for the USA. Goods sent by standard mail cannot be tracked. If you require your order to be tracked, please select courier delivery.
Order cancel
Customers may cancel the purchase within 14 days after delivery. Please return the physical items within 14 days after the items are delivered to you, with appropriate packaging. All items must remain unopened, sealed, and in good condition. We require the delivery note enclosed with your order to be returned with the item. Trondheim Barokk refund the amount of the purchase within 10 working days of receipt of the returned items given that they are accompanied by the delivery note and in the conditions stated above. The return mail should be addressed to the Trondheim Barokk address stated in the delivery note. We will not refund the original purchase cost and not additional postage or other costs.

The prices are those displayed on this website and are inclusive of delivery costs.
Customer agreement
The user agree to Trondheim Barokk’s terms and conditions by making a purchase on the website. Thus, it is the sole responsibility of the user to make himself or herself familiar with the terms and conditions as stated on this website. Disputes concerning purchases from this website or information contained therein shall be adjudged in accordance with Norwegian Law for which the Frostating Lagmannsrett in Trondheim shall be the sole court of jurisdiction.
